Description

Done in colored pencils in about 6-7 hours.  Holo's gonna smack you with a snowball! >:D 
I've been looking for a winter coat for a while now, and I keep coming back to Lolita coats.  Since I haven't found the perfect one yet, Holo gets one! lol  I made this for the Holo facebook page's art competition. :)  Enjoy!
